Deep HDR Hallucination for Inverse Tone Mapping
نویسندگان
چکیده
Inverse Tone Mapping (ITM) methods attempt to reconstruct High Dynamic Range (HDR) information from Low (LDR) image content. The dynamic range of well-exposed areas must be expanded and any missing due over/under-exposure recovered (hallucinated). majority focus on the former are relatively successful, while most attempts latter not sufficient quality, even ones based Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). A major factor for reduced inpainting quality in some works is choice loss function. Work Generative Adversarial (GANs) shows promising results synthesis LDR inpainting, suggesting that GAN losses can improve inverse tone mapping results. This work presents a GAN-based method hallucinates badly exposed images compares its efficacy with alternative variations. proposed quantitatively competitive state-of-the-art methods, providing good expansion plausible hallucinations saturated under-exposed areas. density-based normalisation method, targeted HDR content, also proposed, as well an data augmentation hallucination.

Pseudo Hdr Video Using Inverse Tone Mapping
In the Pseudo-Multiple-Exposure-Based Tone Fusion with Local Region Adjustment [1], it introduces a framework for inverse tone mapping which uses only one Low Dynamic Range (LDR) image to evaluate High Dynamic Range (HDR) image. First, map LDR image to HDR images using S curve. By changing the parameters of S curve, we can get different EV scenes. Then, segment the image into four different lum...

Building on crucial insights into the determining factors of the visual integrity of an image and the property of deep convolutional neural network (CNN), we have developed the Deep Feature Consistent Deep Image Transformation (DFC-DIT) framework which unifies challenging one-to-many mapping image processing problems such as image downscaling, decolorization (colour to grayscale conversion) and...

The introduction of High Dynamic Range Imaging in computer graphics has produced a novelty in Imaging that can be compared to the introduction of colour photography or even more. Light can now be captured, stored, processed, and finally visualised without losing information. Moreover, new applications that can exploit physical values of the light have been introduced such as re-lighting of synt...
متن کاملBeyond Tone Mapping: Enhanced Depiction of Tone Mapped HDR Images
High Dynamic Range (HDR) images capture the full range of luminance present in real world scenes, and unlike Low Dynamic Range (LDR) images, can simultaneously contain detailed information in the deepest of shadows and the brightest of light sources. For display or aesthetic purposes, it is often necessary to perform tone mapping, which creates LDR depictions of HDR images at the cost of contra...
متن کاملImage Tone Mapping for an HDR Image by Adoptive Global tone-mapping algorithm
It is the age of fast and good quality Digital images, those are subject to blurring due to many hardware limitations, such as atmospheric disturbance, apparatus noise and poor focus quality. Visual saliency aims to predict the attentional steady intent look of observers viewing a scene, and therefore tone mapping of high dynamic range (HDR) images concept is highly useful for it. The work has ...
